用途

口罩本體(ti)機，亦稱口罩打片機，是用于自動化生(sheng)產(chan)多層材質平面(mian)口罩成品(pin)之機臺，可(ke)使用1-5層PP紡(fang)粘無紡(fang)布 活性(xing)(xing)炭以及過濾(lv)材料(liao)(liao)，整個機臺從原材料(liao)(liao)入料(liao)(liao)到(dao)鼻線插入，封邊，裁切成品(pin)均為一(yi)條(tiao)線自動化作(zuo)業，根據所使用的原材料(liao)(liao)不同，可(ke)以達到(dao)如(ru)N95，FFP2等不同的標(biao)準。平面(mian)口罩生(sheng)產(chan)設備(bei)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)穩定，產(chan)量高，不良率低，易于操作(zuo)。口罩本體(ti)機外加封邊機和耳帶機就能(neng)做出不用樣式的口罩。

Application:

The main part for mask machine, it is a machine for automatic production of multi-layer material mask products, it can use 1-5 layers non woven, carbon and filter materials. The whole machine from raw material input to nose clip inside, sealing and cuting are whole automatic production line, it can make different stander mask(such as N95, FFP2, Disposable) depends on different material. Our disposable mask machine stable performance, high output, low defect rate, easy to operate. The machine make some types mask with sealing machine and earloop welding machine.
