用途

口罩本體機，亦稱口罩打片機，是用于自動化生產多層材質平面口罩成品之機臺，可使用1-5層PP紡粘無紡布 活性炭以及過濾材料，整個機臺從原材料入料到鼻線插入，封邊，裁切成品均為一條線自動化作業，根據所使用的原材料不同，可以達到如N95，FFP2等不同的標準。平面口罩生產設備性能穩定，產量高，不良率低，易于操作。口罩本體機外加封邊機和耳帶機就能做出不用樣式的口罩。

Application:

The main part for mask machine, it is a machine for automatic production of multi-layer material mask products, it can use 1-5 layers non woven, carbon and filter materials. The whole machine from raw material input to nose clip inside, sealing and cuting are whole automatic production line, it can make different stander mask(such as N95, FFP2, Disposable) depends on different material. Our disposable mask machine stable performance, high output, low defect rate, easy to operate. The machine make some types mask with sealing machine and earloop welding machine.
